I'm asking a favour here so I hope admin don't mind but this should be useful for any new visitors to Alcudia anyway.

We've recently launched http://www.goalcudia.com & would like to list some popular Bars, Cafes & Restaurants. So for those of you who are regulars to Alcudia I wondered if you could list your favourite eating & drinking places, saying where they are, what they serve & why you like them.

I'll start with my favourite in the Port area:

Bodega d'es Port - C/. Teodor Canet 8, Puerto Alcudia
Traditional Mallorquin - great Tapas, Meats, Fish & an excellent Menu del Dia at 9 eur (Menu every day except Sun). Have had a wonderful fish Mallorquin style.

Have also been to La Terrassa in Alcanada - food not bad but quite expensive - but we went at night & I think lunchtime would be better for the view.

Have also heard that Momo, the Italian opposite is very good.

Those above are obviously away from the main beach area so hopefully you can suggest others.
