We have booked a Junior suite cabin with panoramic views, small living area and king size bed. Anyway we payed the remainder of our cruise a couple of weeks ago, Then last week we received a letter saying that they would like to advise you that the Junior suite cabins do not feature panoramic views as advertised in our brochures. Then they say we apologise for any inconvienience caused. Anyway I phoned them and they said I can change my cabin free of charge so I said to them that is no good because I have paid for the best cabin so why would I want to down grade and if I did I couldn't get any money back and the only thing I can do is cancel, If I was going to cancel I wouldn't have booked it in the first place. I am disapointed about this because I wanted it to be so special it is for our 30th wedding anniversary. But I'm sure we'll still have a brilliant time seeing all the sites, Baloon ride, Camel ride and fellah's tent. Can't wait only 7 weeks left.

If that is the case then the advertisement is not legal. It breaches the ASA code for which they can be fined. Your local trading standards will be very interested and will quite likely prosecute them.
You have booked holiday for a very special occasion, and I suspect that "the panoramic views" was a particular attraction for which you have been charged.

do not let go of it - which offered the panoramic views which they subsequently deleted from later versions is not a defence. This was an offer to trade and by accepting your booking and money they are required to provide it - or compensate you. They cannot cancel your holiday as a way round the problem.
Talk to trading standards.

The fact that they produced and distributed a brochure - Talk to trading standards.
