The lack of response might be because you need to clarify your question first with a few more details.
More details - we are travelling with Direct Holiday who are part of Thomas Cook on Saturday 25th October, Exeter to Palma with Spanair. Our tickets state that our flight out is at 18:55 but Exeter Airport are saying that it is at 17:55. Have spoken to both and both say they are correct!!!! Can anyone help or advise?
Many thanks

In the absence of any other replies on here, or information from the TO, I would suggest that you will have to arrive in time to check in as if it is a 17.55 flight....
but be prepared to wait until 18.55
which I know is not an ideal start to a holiday...........
but better than missing the plane

stupid as this sounds but is it CET time Spanair are qouting you and GMT time Exeter are qouting ?
These sort of questions always make me laugh. If we were talking about a difference of say 6 hours then maybe, but 1 hour???? To safe guard your holiday go 1 hour earlier, you can sit in the bar or cafe if you are early, it's not too difficult and it is always exciting going to the airport to start a holiday anyway!!!!
