we had a fantastic holiday at the sun zeynep in belek, would definitely recommend it at the sort of prices we paid from thomas cook tv!
anyway i bought some spices in a gift pack on antalya market and one of them is sumac, i know it's made of a dried sour berry, but what'sthe best way to use it in cooking ?
we had some cracked wheat in the hotel a few times which was tinged very slightly with some purplish red spice... could that have been sumac? because it was delicious!
