I think the idea of the nappy sacks is excellent.
We have an apartment in Marmaris, Turkey. I always remind people about putting the paper in the bins, but you can only ask them to do so, and hope that they will. One of our neighbours chose to ignore the no paper down toilet rule.
Which resulted in blocked drains, and having to have all the pipes dug up, expensive, inconvenient and not a pretty sight.
Its not something that comes natural to us, but I am sure many of us will admit that by the end of a 2 week holiday, it becomes 2nd nature to put the paper in the bins.
So I think I shall be buying a load of nappy sacks, and leaving them in the apartment. Hopefully I will never need my drains digging up!
when we first go its natural habit to pop it in the loo and I find opening a sack and placing it on the top of the cystern reminds everyone as and when
Now I ALWAYS put the paper in the bin.
The nappy sack idea is great and I have just bought a load.
My only problem with it was I got so used to it that I kept trying to do it once I got home! Took a few days to get out of the habit!
