When in Goa last the police were stopping lots of foreigners on mopeds. Are we supposed to hire white or yellow number plate mopeds and where is the best place around Arpora to hire?
Any advice would be appreciated as we are fed up avoiding road blocks!
Yellow plates! although if they are having one of their "get rich quick" weeks you will still be stopped and they'll (Try) to "fine" you for something else!!
