i recieved a call from jet2 yesterday to advise that the hotel had double booked and I would have to change rooms.
i had booked a newly renovated family room, they have offered me a un renovated suite, but the reason I booked the deluxe family room was because it had been renovated.
they have offered to rebook into another inferior hotel or money back, but the problem I have is I booked this nearly a year ago
i had to Boole so far in advance because my husband is recovering from a brain tumour and I had to sort out travel insurance and I wanted the best choice of rooms for our budget
i have stated this to the travel agency who are in the process of discussing with the hotel
i said I would be happy with either the room I originally booked or a renovated suite
i would prefer to stay at this hotel
it is the Creta Maris Beach Resort
can anyone give me advice on my rights?
