you must take the family to loro park, although i have not been to tenerife for 12 years the place still sticks in my mind after all this time, also if you or your hubby feel confident in driving, take to the hillls and drive round there natinal park up in the mountians, i can rember one road (i got lost) i was driving above the clouds!!!! still got the photo's of that event, and mount tide is a must aswell, just take a jacket up there with you , as its a bit nippy at the top, my only advice is keep well away from the vorincas part of pdla as it can get a bit to much with the younger ones and beer, but apart from that you will have fond memorys of the place,

just remmber this is a quite large island compared to some, so get out and about and see the place

we are staying at the oasis golf resort which hopefully should be good!
We have hired a car and will defo be visiting loro park.
Are the water parks still open in october and will the water be of good temp? Dont fancy a chilly swim?

Don't think that chilly will be a word you will be using in October. When we have been in October it has been lovely and hot!

I think the water park should be open then. It's still tourist season

The Aquapark will be open but Skypark has closed all facilities and it has been for a while now.
