is it noisey here as traviling with mum who has previously had brain injury and carnt take noise would it be better to ask for room room over the garden or pool please help

son Baulo suites or room?

i am going here in june 11th soon be time. we booked a family room for 4 hotel said we will be in one room with bal and bathroom. i will also be havinmg a cot.

I emailed thge hotel direct they said we could have a suite for a little extra bedroom, sitting room with sofa bed and 3 balc 2 bathrooms. Has anybody seen these or offer advise on size of room for 4 dont want to be squashed in on top of each other going with mum kids 7, 3, 1.

Hello. The suits that you mention are 2 interconnecting rooms. They class these as a family room and i think they can sleep up to 5 people. These rooms are limited as they only a have a few in the hotel. We are booked in to one of these rooms this year for the first time. We have stayed here 4 times before. The standard rooms can fit 4 beds in as the rooms themselves are a good size. We have never had a problem with space when we have stayed in these rooms. This year was the first time that we have been offered this type of room. We have gone for a sea view as well which i know from previous stays here is well worth the supplement. Any other questions about the Son Baulo then please let me know. Hope this has helped.

Hello again. The rooms by the pool or gardens would be your best bet for a quiet room at night. The only noise that you will get very early on in the morning are the ducks on the riverbank!!! In the day it may be bustling by the pool, but i dought if you will be spending much time in your room in the day. At night the pool area is closed off for safety reasons so it is very quiet at night.

thanks we booked a suite which has bedroom living room and 3 balconies with sea view upgraded direct with the hotel. A few more questions if you dont mind

What the food selection like in eveinng?
Is there still kid club there?
I carnt wait

The food in the evening is fantastic and is one of the many things that brings us back here time after time. The children have their own buffet with the usual home favorites on, but they can also have food from the adults buffet as well. There is so much choice. You will not be disappointed.
As far as i know there is still a kids club run by Thomson. This is the first year that we have been when it hasn't been a Superfamily hotel. I am hoping that there will still be good facilities for the children as previously it has been excellent. If anyone has been this year, maybe they could let us know.

Hotel Son Baulo.

Hello again.

I have just realised that you wanted to ask the hotel about their family rooms.
We have just returned from this hotel and stayed in a family room.
They are two inter-connecting rooms and are huge. You have two bathrooms and three balconies. We had a beautiful sea view and two pool views.
They can sleep up to five people. 3 beds in one room and 2 in the other. They really are excellent rooms and our children thought it was great having there own room.
If there is anything else you would like to know then please ask.

Yes, you will need to book the family 5 room.
I can recommend these rooms and the hotel very highly. You will not be disappointed. We have been to the Son Baulo 5 times and have always gone as a package holiday. Does it work out alot cheeper booking everything seperatly?
