Try you dates in http://www.airline-network.co.uk and you should get an idea. Non-stop flights only go from Gatwick with virgin and Manchester with bmi.

If you put in your nearest airport you may get a connection in Amsterdam and somewhere in the US. It will probably be more expensive than if you could go from Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester. You will need to try a number of combinations.

THIS TOPIC should have some advice on hotels.

Continental have a service from Birmingham International (BHX)to Las Vegas (LAS) for about $930 at that time of year. They stop in Newark (EWR) which would be good- give you time to stretch your legs before going on.
I use http://www.kayak.com to search for flight schedules and then narrow it down to the airlines I want and then book from the airlines direct.

We used Maxjet for their flight from Stansted to LV and we absolutely loved it. If they have another special offer (our tickets were 599 GBP each incl taxes) we will definitely book - I am hoping that they will have sale for next April :)
