HI all,new user
Has anybody got any info on Hunters valley in Didim. I've heard many stories and been told to give a wide berth to.I have had a look at some places that are for sale. Can anybody tell me if they are going to build roads etc there?
I hope somebody can help [/b]
My advice would be not to buy in the dip but higher on the bank. The area is still great as it is close to Altinkum. Buying a place on the bank wil help you as you will not have that flood issue.
Yes they will build roads give about 2 years at the most. As you may know Altinkum is developing very quickly.
If you want to know more about Didim I can help you. I have been in Altinkum for 18 years. my email address is ** email address removed **

when it rains it does get really muddy at the bottom of the valley and we have seen the odd car stuckin the mud. in september we saw some movement of drains being put in and lorry loads of soil being tipped near the local mosque, the small road being very bad in the rain.
i would try and buy up the hillside. it is only ten mins to the beach and is a really good spot to buy. we do not regret buying there at all. our builder actually is ageologist who did the report on the valley for building. also, all buildings in altinkum are buit to withstand earthquakes and we feel really safe where we are. hope this is of help.
