would you believe it- we have just used our redemption voucher from BA to book Club world( burning up the airmiles we have) to Mumbai. We only have 8 days but are going to stay a couple of nights in Mumbai as we wanted to see more of it.

Re the hotel
you dont know if its the best hotel if youve nothing to compare it with, thats why I wanted to try somewhere different, so I know for sure!!!! Tried the dreadful Phoenix Park 
, although we also stayed at the Lagoa Azul once and that was perfectly ok. Keeping an eye on the new Riviera De Goa but only if the price is right

The Kingstork is perfect for us We are doing our Mumbai days at the end as we have a 2.15 am departure. Quite fancy the Residency Hotel but I'd better ask over on the India forum

Looks like you have got the Goa bug too Fiona. We will miss you again, but hopefully you can meet with some of the other forum members.

We nearly went for Rio. Just couldn't make our minds up. Thought we shouldn't really go back to Goa so soon again- but the temptation was too much

I can give you a decent price hotel in Colaba, near the gateway, not the Ritz but clean and tidy for about £30 a night double a/c, let me know

No problem Fiona, add away, its location is great the entance is very bizarre hidden away behind a sandal making shop within a road full of shops, Mrs FTV face was a picture when she saw it, but inside is lovely
