Unfortunately it has shocking reviews and we have just been moved to it as our accomodation is overbooked not happy but we were told take it or leave it by holidays 4 u, there customer service is shocking by the way, we go on 18th Aug so i will report back then, we stayed there when it was portobello about 5 years ago and loved it but its gone seriously downhill since then. Hope someone has some positive feedback before we go.

we stayed there (portobello) about 4 or 5 years ago and loved it. Since then we have stayed next door at Club Alize.
Portobello was shut down due to money issues, and last year was all overgrown and run down. When we got to Alize this year (24 may) it was still shut.
But during the second week of our holiday (June)there was clearance work being done in the pool area, pools drained, washed , grass cut. It was rumoured to be opened in June , but i would have thought the rooms would have taken a lot more cleaning/repairs than just 2 or 3 weeks.

The Portabello has now been split into 3, Club Secret Garden, Club Green Valley,and Club Dena.
