Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere for a romantic weekend break in May as me and my boyfriend will be together six years then!
Don't mind if its in the UK or abroad, if the UK will be looking something about 3 - 4 hours drive from Swansea area or if abroad it would have to be flying from Cardiff or Bristol?
Any ideas welcome, just really like to relax and chill for a few days!
why not try a narrowboat holiday or is it not your cup of tea.? barcelona is interesting too
Don't know if you've booked anything by now but have you thought about Jersey? You can fly from Cardiff & flights are really cheap in May. It's only appx 1 hour flight & there are some lovely Hotels that you can book online. It's worth a look at for a few days break.
I've got a link to a great little luxury touch and romantic B&B in Derbyshire Dales? REALLY nice room tucked away, unbelievable.. check the pics !
here you go... cut and paste as i cant link yet.

and you can hire the studio hideaway for the day, with outdoor hot tub and spa !

May sound strange but Center parcs is great. Only been to the one near Nottingham, but there were plenty of places to go for nice walks, there was a beauty place where you could treat yourself to a facial etc..., a few restaurants for meals out and if you want to stay in, the chalets were kitted out with all you needed. We went for one of the better chalets which had its own sauna, it also backed onto the stream so every morning the ducks, squirrels etc... were all sat outside the patio doors.
