hello all - I applied for online electronic visa application last year & had no problems at all... however this year when going to fill in the first stage where you put in your passport number & exp date i get a red error message saying 'Passport in process' & i am unable to go any further to fill the forms in? Also says the same thing when putting my partners passport in. Is this because we applied for one last year maybe?!
Just wondered if anyone had the same problem? Or maybe i am being a bit thick & missing something?!

You can either print off blank forms and fill them in by hand or get in touch with them and ask them to clear the details of your previous application as it's preventing you filling in a new one on line.
They normally respond pretty quickly to that request.

thanks very much for this - called them & they have cleared the record of last year. they advised it is strongly recommended to complete the forms online insted of writing them. thank you!

I know this question must have been asked a thousand times...( have had 12 visas in the past
)...but i cannot remember what to put where it asks for buisness address...i work for the NHS (its not my company )..and in the past i think i have either left it blank or put N/A...
Please help as im getting rather frustrated....Thanks

Hi Noggin, just put your work address in, I wouldnt put N/A cos then they will think your one of those DOLES people they dont want in
Never N/A anything, or N.A., it has to be an NA or the form rejects it !

I also work for the NHS and just put the address of where you work ie hospital, clinic etc. Or you can put in the address for your HR dept. I have never had any problem with this

DaveWales...i still do mine the old fashioned way by hand and not on line....therefor N/A has ALWAYS been accepted with no problems...

Can someone please tell me my visa is ok..I have a visa which i used in nov/dec port of exit is gatwick port of entry Dabolim this time round i'm flying heathrow-mumbai-goa then on the return its dabolim-mumbai pick up-delhi-heathrow will my visa from nov be ok please tell me yes i can feel the stress beginning again just when i thought everything was hunky dorry...
