That is what we put papa. paula (and have our visa's back)
cheers
Papa I should think that that would be okay, if they don't have a business address it is all you can enter
Processed application is ready for collection at Application Centre London-Goswell Road
Does anybody know what this means? Do I have to go and pick them up? as I sent 4 visas by post and enclosed 2 Royal Mail special delivery envelopes for their return .
I have just posted mine off today, last year I went to Goswell road and waited 3 hours for my 'appointment' and 2 hours to collect it, waste of my time so this year for the first time in 11 years I have posted them off.
Now I am worrying already lol
personally i would give them a ring,,,,why do they say ready for collection,if you dont have to pick them up.better be safe than sorry
Got ours back today, applied on line 5th Nov so an 11 day turn around which is quite impressive....86 days to wait ...cheers Keith

I wouldn't waste money ringing them just yet, if you haven't already done so or aren't 'sweating' on their return.
It might mean 'awaiting collection by Royal Mail', not by you.
I'd give it another day and see if the status changes to something like 'handed over to Royal Mail'.
I know its easy to say dont panic these little red books are so precious to us but I am sure you will have them back soon.
sent on the 8th arrived today thumbs up to vfs
Panic over, visas arrived today 16 days from posting
I paid on line for 4 visa's on Monday 8/11/10, but didn't send filled in forms until Monday 15/11/10, how long will it be before
i see anything different from, an application as been created on the 8/11/10 in the status box, when tracking visa.
Hope this makes sense.
Thanks

seems to be between 11 and 14 days so you should get them early next week
It took around 4 days for the info on the VHS site to alter. Passports were returned 3 days after that.

Filled in forms online yesterday intending to make appointment to take them up to Goswell Road Victoria this week. When I tried to make an appointment it said said that they were making modifications to the appointment system and to just turn up. Does anyone know what this is about as I don't want to get up there and have to wait for ages as when I had an appointment this year I was in and out in half an hour?
I sent our visas off on the 15th. I have my fingers and toes crossed we get them back okay. Husband had a pen burst in his pocket which left ink around the outer edge of his passport and a spot on the front - but not actually on the pages. He has travelled on it since to Turkey, so I hope it's not a problem for India or we'll have to get a new passport and reapply for his visa before 2nd Feb!
