Have downloaded the safe+sound advice,but i'm still not sure whether i can claim against the tour operator or the airline?
We claimed against our insurance - X amount, after the first 12 hours per person.
Is it worthwhile claiming this small amount or will it go against us in the future when taking out travel cover
