We purchased a holiday last year - we go next Friday - but we have since read very bad reviews EVERYWHERE! Its the Pineta Park Delux in Turkey. When we booked this we were told not to worry, the 'bad' hotel is the sister hotel, the Pineta Hotel (aka Pineta Club) and not the Delux, which we then went on to book.. I have checked reviews for both hotels and whilst the Club has bad reviews, the Delux does also! So, can anyone pls advise:
* Is there anything we can do at this late stage? Can we request a different hotel free of charge?
* Is there something we should do to register our disatisfaction before we travel, so we may be able
change hotel or have a valid compensation claim when we return?
Obviously we are hoping everything is fine but we are really concerned because we have had a bad experience previously....
Any help or advce greatfully recieved!
