Our Mumbai to Goa flight was abruptly cancelled by Kingfisher with no assistance from the airline or their staff at the airport. They were rude to say the least. We were told to book another flight on our own with another airline. We were not offered any reasonable explanation not any compensation.. We had to spend money buying new ticket at the last minute priced exorbitantly. thank fully our travel agent in UK (Southall Travel) did a good job raising the complaint with the airline. The matter is under consideration by the airline and we hope to get our money spent on new tickets back in full. Will try for compensation also. Good that they ceased their international flights; with such service no one would travel with them anyways.
