I believe that Responsible Travel merely act as agents for the holidays they sell (i.e. they take commission for the holidays they advertise).

However, they have a good reputation, with an ethical stance, and was set up by a guy who used to work for Anita Roddick at the Body Shop. But i'd look at who is actually offering the holiday. They tend to be (excellent) niche, small tour operators, but there is nothing to stop you booking direct.

Would most likely be the same price though.
