Trip to Laos

I've just booked this winter's holiday. I'm going on a small group tour of Laos, 17days in November starting and ending in Bangkok. I've just got to sort out my flights now and then I'll have to start saving (and dieting).
Wonderful country Laos, we visited Luang Prabang last year, it was absolutely wonderful , so mellow, so beautiful , I would like to visit the islands of southern Laos someday
