Interesting reading from all of you. I have lodged a letter of disatisfaction to Panarama about how i am being treated and they have offered me a total refund or alternative location. The only problem is that time is marching on and there is not a great deal of availability form other areas ive looked at, so at present i'm assured my seats on the flight and am awaiting info re a change of accomadation.
