My brother is in Naama Bay at the moment staying at the Maritim Jolie Ville Resort and Casino , he went last monday text in the week to say that it was all quiet , weather was great hot and sunny and generally having a good time

Its so comforting to know there are other indecisive ladies out there! But at least it meant we didn't make the decision to cancel :rofl

Tammie, I'm flying out of East Midlands on Sat, staying at the Ghazala Beach on promenade in Naama Bay. Its next to Maritim Jolie Ville so it was good to read Llindy's post that her brother is having a good time. Had a lovely holiday at Jolie Ville in 2008. Whereabouts are you staying? You must be really excited now - are you packed yet?

caro just finished the last of my ironing all ready to go now, staying at sharm inn amerian hotel its meant to be not far from naama bay , you never know we might bump in to each other, we will be goin for walks down naama bay hubbie loves it there

caro yes can us spending a lot of the time down there for sum reason, hubbie loves to sit outside in them cafes and have a coffee while watching the world go by,

have a lovely time all thats goin away soon , will be wearing my h/t wristband so if you see any one with them on come and say hello you never know it could be me :rofl

if you guys want to keep upto date with the goings on over there goto http://www.fco.gov.uk/en/travel-and-living-abroad/travel-advice-by-country/middle-east-north-africa/egypt personaly have spoke to a few people who just back and all fine in sharm and if you read that link keeps you upto date

just got back last night from sharm, place was like a ghost town only 20 people in our hotel and 4 of them changed hotels after 3 days cos its the worst hotel ive ever stayed in, they closed our hotel down the thurs b4 we got there and put us in lunar sharm without telling us, best part of it was the sun cnt say a lot more on subject to be honest, i could but i wont

ill leave that bit for any to read on hotel reviews section

Sorry to hear your holiday hotel was disappointing. Never heard of the Lunar Sharm, sounds like one to avoid :yikes

I'll read your review when it goes up.

Hope you managed to enjoy yourself some of the time despite the hotel as you say at least the weather was probably better than it is here.

ps. Just read your review Tammie . sounds dreadful . Surely you have grounds for a claim when you wern't notified of the change .Gutted for you .

lynn yes i think we do, well between me and the rep she said i have, but will it happen who knows. will wait and see.

doe the sun was wonderfull. yes i would avoid it if i was you

the beach was lovely so we had a good time there,
