Don't know of any maps other than tour ops brochure maps as Ixia is pretty straight forward - it's mainly built along the one main road.
5 mins walk down from your hotel you hit the main road, turn right and you're in the resort centre. If you cross over the road and take the small road to the left that leads you down towards some beachfront hotels you'll also find a few more bars/restaurants.
