it's quite possible...a lot of the beachfront is illegally built. it's a known fact that the mayor wants to go up market. Several of his projects have made marmaris look better. No doubt the clubs will open up in other places or even in the new buildings.

oh what a shame... marmaris just wont be the same!
and surely if its going to be "more up market" the prices will still go up further?
