None that I've ever seen.
Why?
Apartments are very reasonable to rent, even in summer if you look around and with summer heat a mobile home will be soooo hot, unbearable probably.

There are some airconditioned mobile homes at Seahorse beach on the Blue lagoon at Olu Deniz.

also there is an area at olu deniz for motor homes as well its round the lagoon part near genc beach and sugar beach but try the turkish tourist board they should be able to help
