What is Palma Nova/Magaluf like for the New Year? I've seen some old posts on this forum but nothing on what it was like in 2006. I expect a lot of the hotels and bars to be shut down as it is out of season, but will any of the family/entertainment places be open and are they full?
I've been out to Tenerife for the New Year a few times, but the prices of the flights for this New Year are already rocketing up and it's only April. Christmas and New Year in Tenerife seems to be their busiest time, maybe why they can charge so much
This New Year I'll be travelling with friends and we'll have 2 small children aged 2 and 4 with us and so won't be looking for clubbing till 4am, but somewhere with a bit of music and somewhere to dance. Also will all the cabaret acts have gone home or will there still be some shows on? I know it's not going to be sitting on the beach weather, but will it be hot enough to walk around in a t-shirt in the daytime
Thanks for any help
Stephen.
I know everyone is getting geared up for their summer holidays now, but the winter flights are about to come out and so any feedback before I book will be a great help.
We've booked our flights with Flymonarch for this year and for 2 adults and 2 kids we paid £630 for 9 nights, £140 for the hotel and £30 transfers = total £800 which is a good price for the time of year.
