
Hi there can some one please advise........
I booked a holiday over the phone with a large company. I booked using the low deposit scheme and was advised i would have to pay an extra £29 pp in around 4 wks and then another amount pp four wks after that. No specific dates were given and i presumed i would receive the dates and amount brakedown on our confirmation.
The confirmation has arrived and it has the Total holl cost minus the low deposit and states balance due ** july. It doesnt mention the money for the rest of the deposit and where it states the balance that is the full amount left to pay.
Where do i stand with this ?
Do i stick to their written confirmation which i have three copies of ( each stating the same ) or do i ring and ask if i need to pay anything earlier ?
Obviously i would rather the money was in my account longer than in theirs and as im under the impression the written confirmation is our contract and therefore i have that in writting. Anyone advice please
