I reckon about 15 minutes, but wouldn't really recommend it due to the heat and humidity.

Nobody walks anywhere to perfectly honest.

I'm sure Terry can survive walking for 15 minutes, regardless of the humidity!

Formosa Gardens isn't a mall as such.

I thought they had built a new one since my last trip in May for a minute!

It is mainly restaurants, supermarket, management company etc

(But you new that didn't you -lol)

Just didn't want anyone who hadn't been before tot hink they were going to be right beside a proper mall.

Sadly that's not th ecase!

We stayed at Oak island cove last September, we didnt walk it to the shops, we bought that much when we went we couldnt of carried it all

Oak isalnd cove is i think the closest community to it all, you will love it.
