chelle_375,
MAN-DLM-MAN (OHY4382/1) are operated by an Airbus A321-200. Further aircraft information is available on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).

Flying Manchester to Dalaman this Friday 3rd,OHY380,any information on what aircraft this will be.
Crispy,
Many thanks Darren.
Thomson's hand luggage allowance is: 5kg, 55 x 40 x 20
Is Onurs: 5kg, 45 x 35 x 20? I can't seem to find a definitive answer.
I don't want to have to buy two bags so I'll just get one that conforms to the smallest size.
Thanks v much.

Does anyone know which (if any) company are using Onur Air this year please?
I'd be interested in answers to this one too as I understand the Onur Air charter flights were still running after the demise of Aegean last summer. We went out to Turkey at Christmas and were delayed 10 hours (thanks Thomas Cook ) so had plenty of time to talk to the other passengers and a lot of them were saying they had tried to book Onur Air flights direct with Onur but that this wasn't possible from the UK.
thomas cook holidays have or did have an allocation on the onur air flights and i think they are also bookable on flythomascook.com however the prices are not that great, compared to the likes of agean / holidays4u and goldtrail !!
Hi Leisurelad, I believe you are in the industry so probably in the know! I know Thomas Cook used them last year, but are they continuing to do so this year? If booking now would we be able to tell from the flight prefix, or could that be changed by the time we actually fly in July? Also, do you know if they are using them from Gatwick?
Gatwick - Dalaman = Freebird & Pegasus (JUL/AUG)
Cardiff - Dalaman = Onur Air (Starts June)
Glasgow - Dalaman = Freebird (Starts July)
Humberside - Dalaman = Pegasus (May - Sept)
Can't remember the last time they used Freebird
Hi Leisurelad - thanks for that. So I presume we would know through the flight prefix if its not actually a Thomas Cook plane at the time of booking?
Here are the codes for the airlines. All thomas cook flights are TCX however doesn't allways mean you will be on a thomas cook plane.Whilst most flights would be, last year the used Mint Airways from Newcastle but operated them under the TCX flight Number.
They are using the below in addition to their own flights
Pegasus = PC / PGT
Onur Air = OHY
FreeBird = FHY
Also using Monarch - MON on some Dalaman flights
Thanks

We are flying Glasgow-Dalaman on June 29th (start of the Scottish school holidays) and our flight is with Freebird so it must start earlier than you have stated above.
We are flying out using Onur Air and Thomas Cook on the return now question...
Part of my holiday booking we had "Choose Your Seats" and meals but now the outbound has been changed this plan has gone out of the window. Does anyone know if I can prebook seats with Onur Air or is it the case of get in the cue and be first to ask for a upgrade.
Not best pleased with TC I can tell you.
PS,
Flying from Cardiff.
It's a while since I flew with Onur (2010) but you couldn't pre-book seats, they were allocated at check-in. Also they don't do in-flight meals either so make sure you get a refund on these items from Thomas Cook if you paid additional charges. Onur Air were fine, no IFE but no-one else offers this on short haul now anyway!
By pre-book, I assume you mean select your seat? This isn't possible with Onur Air charter. Seats are allocated at check-in.

There is no upgrade on these aircraft, they are all economy. You'll find extensive aircraft information on our What Aircraft? guide (link below).
Apart from seat selection, you'll find little difference between OHY and TCX as they use comparable aircraft and onboard facilities.
Darren
Upgrade as in extra leg room.
Just checking flights and the code OHY was at the front but I thought I was looking for thomascook flights... Can anybody help? Are these flights ok? I have been with KTHY when they went bang and also Aegean, so don't want to risk another!
Onur Air aren't the greatest airline in my experience, but they offer a basic but safe service so I'm sure you'll be fine. They are an established Turkish charter operator. Thomas Cook often have seats aboard other airlines when booking holidays, they don't always use their own airline.
