Ovacik sits along the road from Hisaronu to Fethiye.Depends where you are staying which would determine whether you catch a dolmus into Hisaronu or walk.Also some of the hotels are set high up which can increase your walk,so after a night out in Hisaronu you may wish to get a taxi back.Ovacik bars and restaurants are mainly situated along the main road and if you prefer Turkish food there is a wider selection here than in Hisaronu.For the nightlife Hisaronu is very lively with a variety of Dancing and Karaoke bars also some nice places to eat.No doubt everyone will have their favourites.From Ovacik take the dolmus to Olu Deniz approx 10-15 minutes or go the opposite way into Fethiye and its wonderful harbour,and maybe take the water taxi over to Calis. Fethiye is well worth a trip for a nice meal and is generally cheaper.Word of warning it can get incredibly hot there during the day in the height of summer.
