The Pafian Park Village is in the Pafos or Paphos district of Cyprus. Pathos is greek for suffering.
Having never stayed there I can't comment.

Paphos is not renowned for its beaches and, within walking distance, I'm sure you'll be hard pushed to find anything decent. The local beach to Pafian Park is quite rocky.
The Coral Bay area (a couple of miles away) has, IIRC, a couple of reasonable ones. There is a frequent bus service to Coral Bay and Paphos close(ish) by.
