Don't worry, the Perla isn't right on the square, it's just round the corner, a couple of minutes walk away. You couldn't be any more central, so I wouldn't worry about finding bars!
Hi, A group of friends are booked to stay at this hotel from June 21st for 7 nights. However when I was in Benidorm over easter the hotel was closed and resembled a building site. The company that the booking was made with say they are not aware of building work but if there is and it is not completed they will re-locate the party to an alternative. This hotel was chosen because of its central location and the party do not want to be moved away from this area, however the agent is reluctant to alter the reservation to another centraly located hotel. Has anyone seen or know if the building work is progressing so the reservation can be altered if nothing is happening. Thankyou.
This Hotel is always closed down in the winter months.
I've just searched for us to go again, but no companies are selling the perla
does anyone have any clues as to why
thanks
Hi chris .. I can see it on a few sites, including Travel Republic, WSH Travel and Alpharooms. Or is it the major tour operators that you are referring to ? If so, it may be worth e-mailing the hotel at info@hotelperlabenidorm.com to see who they are dealing with this year.
And as for the hotel, i think it is fantastic, it's in a great location. Rooms were very nice, and breakfast was fine.
just 2 small things
if you get a room on the front overlooking the pub, it can be a bit noisey at night, until you get used to it, but that could be any hotel on a main road
2nd the pool is only small, and a section of it can be in the shade during the day, but that didnt' bother us, cause we love benni beach anyway.
thanks david, i should use the search button more
Going to Hotel Perla on Oct 16th for 3 nights with some mates. All guys wanting to relax and have fun. Has anyone been to this hotel, if so do they recommend it and in October will it still be buzzing. Love to have some response.
Iv stayed at the perla- and Iv also been in oct for the past 3 years.
Firstly the hotel- much nicer than expected! (We only paid £15 per night bed and brekkie -this May)- so our expectations wasn't so high! I couldnt believe how nice it was- really large rooms- and spotlessly clean! The breakfasts were nice too- not a massive choice like some hotels-but everything was lovely- especially the sausages- tasted just like walls!!! - you had your usual- bacon, sausage, toms, egggs, and toast- cereals, yogurts, bread etc... and you could take your breakfast out on the patio- (around ther pool). Manuael who works there- who seems to do everything- behind bar, cooking brekkie, serving drinks, reception- he's a really nice guy too.!!
Hotel is situated a street away from the square- so location wise- you couldnt get any better.
The weather for the past 3 octobers has been lovely and hot (With the exeption of two years ago- when it rained for three days)- Last year was really hot- Couldnt believe how hot it was. Everything is still buzzing (Its an all rounder in beni- with the exeption of a few small bars closing)
Think Iv covered everything- if not just give us a shout!!
Have a great time- we're hoping to go again in oct.
Regards
Belly
Thanks for the reply. Cant wait to go now just 3 full nights of bliss away from the family and quality time with the lads, ha ha ha.

The hotel is clean and nothing is too much trouble for them if you need help. The only downfall is the pool, its overshadowed in the afternoon by the Marina hotel in front of it so it can get a little chilly in the water.
The rooms overlooking the Red Dog can be a little noisy at night but thats benidorm for you!
For some reason, we tend not to receive many reviews of the Hotel Perla. As a regular visitor to the hotel, perhaps you may also like to provide some feedback across on its own dedicated review page ... please click here.
Many thanks
David
Location wise great for those wanting the square and less 100meters from the Cafe Benidorm.
Noise wise no problem really no different to any other hotels/apartments and 24hour reception with a notice on the wall saying that they will deal with any noise loud music from the rooms.
