Yes. The Elephant shop had my Nokia N95 unblocked in March last year. It was just out at the time and they said it was the first of that model, but it was no problem. I think it cost around 250-300 rupees.
Also there is a difference between unlocking and debranding with the N95 Series. Debranded phones no longer have the service providers software or icons etc. but they are still locked to the network so if you do go ahead make sure they are doing the right thing. Debranding also voids your Nokia warranty.
A better idea might be to have a look on e-bay for a turbo sim. They are about £ 10 and it will allow you to use your N95 with any sim.

Well what a result, my friend said to phone them as they do it for free, lo and behold they sent me the code via e-mail and the instructions, well worth phoning your customer services asking rather than having to risk bricking your phone and paying for it to be done
