Parky - Thankyou for taking the trouble to enquire for me. I will look into that. First I must pursuade my other half to part with some more cash, as I have "been told", not to spend more than £1500!!! Thanks too, to everyone else who have replied. BBB.
That's O.K. BBB, but don't forget, that's all in prices and you don't have to go out for a meal. We were in Cyrus for 4 days before we spent anything.
They'll also do half board for a bit less, but I don't think it's worth the hassle.
A friend of mine is going last week May, first week june, and I'll let you know how he goes on.
He paid 1530 for 2+2, 3 days car hire and an upgraded room.

Hi parky, I have never been AI before. (I'v always thought, "what if the foods awful, and we have to shell out money for more food"), but at least here on this site I can ask what accomodation, food, etc is like. Let me know, how your mate goes on, and what food is like. Thanks again for taking time out to help.BBB.
He goes the last week in May to 1st week June. I'm off to Turkey for 2 weeks in June, so I'll let you know when I get back.
I have done A/I in Malta, Turkey, Greece and Cyprus, the worst being in Malta. Just DON'T expect English cuisine in Rhodes, but the Greeks do like their chips.
The accommodation always seems to be that much better in the A/I hotels, and it's nice to be pampered.

Corfu has a fantastic waterpark. We had a great time there last year. Your boys would love if. We stayed at Dassia, plenty of Tavernas and a few lively bars. It was just right for us and only a short ride into Ipsos for more lively entertainment. Transfer to only about 25-30 mins from airport and no aircraft noise. Bliss
I agree with Matsui,
would never look at Spain again after being to the Greek Islands. Been to Corfu, Zante and Kos, with trips to Ibiza, Turkey and Dom Rep in between. Greece remains my firm favourite though. It's our silver wedding anniversary next year and the world is my oyster, but I can't think of anywhere more perfect than another Greek island.
