Hi
The El Paso does have access to the beach club.
I stayed in the Hotel Portaventura in September and we got friendly on the plane with a family who stayed in the El Paso - they were able to use the beach club.(TBH the beach club isn't all that spectacular)
I think the check in at 3 is only if the rooms aren't ready, if the rooms are ready there's not a problem checking in earlier.
We are going agaon in May, our son is autistic too and he loves portaventura.
I think it is the luck of the draw when your room is ready. We got ours about 2.00pm but there were still plenty of families hanging around.
I think lots of people put their lugguage in the lugguage room and wander off to the park for a few hours.
Meant to add that if you look at holiday details on the First Choice website now it states that the El Paso has access to the beach club (sorry meant to put that in yesterday)
Sent you a detailed pm, come back to me if you have any more queries.
I booked on-line with FC/Eclipse, their information is pretty dire. I honestly think they don't know, probably because they can't get PA to confirm one way or another.
I did mange to gain access & explain how in my pm, but never was sure if I should be there or not and did worry a bit.
Unlike the other poster we liked it, loads of pools in a beautiful setting and access to a beach (you had to wear a wristband for this to get in and out of the club). It wasn't crowded & had a nice feel to it. The restaurants there were a bit expensive. I imagine folks experience may depend on the time of year they visit.
Don't worry to much you will have a great holiday at the El Paso even if you can't get in the BC, it has the best pool of all three hotels anyway.
Cant beleive FC wont acknowledge 3pm entry to room, I thought it was the national standard entry time for all hotels in Spain not just these hotels, so anyone getting in a room before that is on a bonus.

Dont think i will be going on that ride although my 11yr old wants to
I sent the kids passports off on wed to be renewed. WOW what a difference 5 yrs makes to the way they look ( look like babies in their first ones ages 4 + 6) 11yr old looks about 15 in this one, cant wait to get them back and then its just the hol tickets i am waiting on. Does anyone know how long it is if you book online Is it about 2 weeks before
Thanks
Kerrie
Are you going with First choice? If so then it will be about 2 weeks before, maybe a bit more.
Hi Sambache
Not 100% sure but would say Thomson are probably similar, we got our tickets 3 weeks before with FCA. Just reading the Thomson website i think they say at least 10 days before you holiday you will get your tickets.
Looking out the window as i type and the weather is dire
Cant wait to go I do this every year, i get myself soooo excited that when the time comes to go i am all excited out
Thanks again
Kerrie
haha, Hope you have a nice time, we are going 11th April so will let you know how it is
Where are you staying?? Not long for you now
Have a great holiday. Yeah please do fill me in when you get back.
Kerrie
I am staying the the Dorada palace, self catering apartments, we previously have stayed in the Vil.la Romana and Sol Piramide.
Many thanks
Hi i booked with 365 tickets and the letter that come with the tickets states that the 14 day pass is 50% off costa caribe and the 7 day is 50% also and it must be used for the first time by oct 2008. As i said that is with 365 tickets so i dont know about attractiontix but with 365 you get 50% off instead of 20%.
I know what you mean about the kids passport photos and how much they change. Although my son thinks he looks like Mr Bean on his so he's waiting for it to run out.
If you son does want to go on Furious B and its up and the queue is not to big, I would let him go on it. Only it kept going down while we were there, that might have been teething problems as it had only been going a couple of months.
Sorry about the other thread where I though you were talking about taking a half bottle of voddie on the plane. I was so confused. I should have realised you were talking about soft drinks. Trust me to get it wrong. I hope you weren't offended.

Kerrie
Many thanks for getting back to me. I emailed attractiontix and they replied really quickly and they confirmed that both passes offer the 50% off.
Thanks
Doe I didnt even get onto the fact that you thought that so no i wasnt affended I take it, it was when i was asking about food and drink on the plane.
Kerrie
Yes it was. I thought you were saying that the drink prices on the plane were a bit steep and that Dazbo was suggesting you bought a small bottle of voddie or whatever is your tipple in the airport and took it on board to mix with your soft drinks.
I was panicing because I'm sure I saw someone get into trouble for doing this once on a flight I was on.
Trust me to get the wrong end of the stick.
