I have been into Post office today and the staff seemed to be pushing this card quite a lot as opposed to taking travellers cheques.

Does anyone have any experience of these cards? We go away 2 or 3 times a year and the idea seems appealing but how are they in practice. We are off to Skiathos soon so would presume they would be fine for there but no so good in Cuba maybe.
