Hi again

I have now returned from my Holiday and guess what the flight i was suppose to go on at 6am left as normal!! Airtours told me they cancelled it!

Does anyone think i have a case???

In my opinion no. But then like everyone else on here we can only express our own opinion.

The best advice was given at the beginning of this thread. Speak to Ros - she is the professional. She will tell you where you stand in law and that is what will determine the issue.

Air tours also told me last week that my flight to Benidorm with Monarch had been cancelled, I phonedmonarch and the flight was overbooked not cancelled. I was mad as I had booked my holiday in February and was only told 9 days before I was due to travel. My holiday was finally cancelled and I am now going with Thomson. I wont be using Airtours again.

Seems as though Airtours are still treating some customers badly. Sorry to hear this is happening. I know they have their problems just like all TO's but that does not excuse telling lies to folk who save so hard for special holidays.

If you have had a bad experience using this company, don't ever use them again. They will never get their hands on my hard earned pennies again!!!
