is it better to get money exchanged in england, or to take cash and exchange it in malta, do the exchanges cash cheques with bankers card or do you need travellers cheques or is it better to use plastic? i am hsbc.

best is plastic (and best plastic is Nationwide)

I agree with Mark about the Nationwide but if you havent got it i would say take cash and exchange it in Malta.

have just been onto HSBC and they charge 1.75% for atms. but you can upgrade your account for £6 per month, get higher interest and get free travel insurance so thinking about it
