can any recommend a good meat dish to have after my shopskia salad?
really want to try the bulgarian dishes this time around so any advice is welcome. sorry about the spelling of shopskia???

we had a chicken kavarma kebab and it was beautiful , lovely tender chicken cooked in a rich sauce yummy

from the SOTCHI bar across from BONKERS
LARGE PIECES chicken,pork,potatoes,veg,covered in cheese
more than enough for 2 people
you might have to ask for it, probably not on many menus
a must, cost us 29 lev = £10 what a meal for 2

it is next door to the Caribi bar 5 mins walk from Albena beach club hotel
