In order for us to establish the cause of these problems we need to know the full details. Unfortunately (or rather fortunately for me) I can't simulate the problem myself and am therefore unable to establish the exact problem (e.g. whether it is a cookie conflict or an error in the coding of the software).
Could all members experiencing any problems, please provide the following details:
1. Name of your Internet Service Provider
2. Whether you're on broadband or dial up
3. The link you are using to access Holidaytruths
4. When the problem occurs (e.g. minutes or hours after being logged in)
5. Browser you're using (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.)
For those members that have more detailed computer knowledge:
6. The name and content of the cookie
