there was a few shops that had them on the till but i didnt see many
Most hotels & apartments have stocks of the £2 discount vouchers on reception if you ask. Or lots of the public payphone boxes in Ayia Napa have them plastered all over the inside stuck behind the phone
Most rides have a height restiction of 120cm. My 8 year old daughter is about 130cm and there was only one ride she couldn't go on as that has a 140cm height restriction. She even went on Kamikazi - mind the wedgie at the end!
The cy£2 coupons can also often be found on the front of the Cyprus Mail newspaper.
Ok, thanks, we will look out for them when we go in just over a weeks time. There are 7 of us going so we could save quite a bit if we find any!
Park was very hot, big, and full of very scary rides, aswell as smaller and more sedate rides and lots of food and drink places...
Cost us £30 for 2 adults (with the £2 off tickets)
Steve
We paid £16 each but this included the taxi ride there. We then paid £5 in a taxi going back to Napa
Wasn't too busy either so had a great 5/6 hours and the tan came on leaps and bounds whilst going on the rides,
Drop to Atlantis is a 3 person ride and they will not let you on with just 2, so couples be aware and the fall of Icarus was shut due to the winds
Did you also see the trojan horse thing where it spilled gallons of water all in one go, they all went in there kept getting knocked over, nephew was loving it
The one next to the big orange wedgie drop one, sort of a wobbly white slide, that looked really dangerous like you would go over the sides, no one went on that !
Steve
I enjoyed it - we had my 5 year old nephew who couldnt really go on much - he loved the horse that tipped the water we all had to pretend we were just walking past when it tipped - be careful though it knocks you over ha ha
Also are the restaurants expensive or shall we take our own sarnies in?
You can't take your own food in or drink as they don't allow cool boxes and they search "big" bags But to be honest the choice of food stuff is okay and it's not a rip off like UK theme/water parks, so nothing to worry about.
There was a thread last year Waterparks
Thanks Miss_Chief, I have now merged the posts.
Thanks guys, I couldn't find the waterpark thread and new HT would merge....
How much is it euros to get in please? and is it true that cypriots get in for half the price?
we went last year and met some friends there, they took a big bag in with sandwiches etc and were never searched, they eat them discreetly with no bother at all.
is it true that cypriots get in for half the price?
I know at Fassouri waterpark residents (not necessarily Cypriots) get a 50% discount, but not Ayia Napa as far as I am aware.
I tried to post you links there of all the water parks but unfortunately it won't let me
If you go onto yahoo and type in fasouri waterpark you will get the address for the one in Limassol, aphrodite waterpark Paphos and waterworld is Ayia Napa.
Think they all show opening times/dates etc
Hope this is of help to you

*Admin edit - welcome to the forums Daz but please don't post with your caps lock on. Many thanks - Glynis*
However there are rides with height restrictions....for obvious reasons.
If you look back at the previous page a height question was asked and answered there
