An afternoon in Turkey what would you do?

lol I'm getting excited now... 9 sleeps so I was just wondering what you would all do if you had the afternoon in Turkey?

For me I would pop to see our fab friends before walking along the seafront in the sunshine building up thirst. Then I would sit in a lovely bar outside of course overlooking the sea and have a lovely cool efes or 2. I would watch all the peeps go by and dream of which fab restaurant i was gunna dine in for dinner.

To hot to do anything for me, I would simply stay in a Bar and drink Efes.

Well this day last week I was fishing with a handline at the beach in Bitez - I caught two fish with bread :lol:

it was the most wonderful relaxed memorable afternoon I have had in such a long time

Efes is the Local lager (Beer) widely sold in Turkey. :lol:

Try it I have seen a lot of Ladies drinking it.

Turkey

I would walk along the river path in Dalyan, hoping to catch sight of a turtle, stoping to admire the rock tombs which are pretty amazing and hopefully have a chat with one of the locals along the way.
or
Sit on a boat in the middle of the lake at night in Dalyan admiring the night sky with a nice glass of wine and good friends to chat to.
or
Just gaze out to sea on Turtle beach................. yes i love Dalyan

Have a snorkel in the clear sea then go out to a quiet bar overlooking the beach for a nice Efes and a meal. Bliss

I would plant hubby on a seat in a bar he likes an effe's dark! I'd go and do a bit of retail therapy!

Can I come? My other half was very good and patient when it came to shopping but theres nothing like having a good old session with girls - its always in the back of your mind that you better hurry cos theres an efes waiting for him at the bar hehe

ooo i forgot shoping... i should have added that to my list, need a couple more handbags! My hubby is worse than me for shopping... infact i lay on a sunbed tanning away while he goes for a walk to the shops!!! Bless him, he's a sweetie lol
This time next week we'll be there!
