Think about doing BA Economy Plus for your parents if they have a problem with seat width and pitch.
This is a dedicated small cabin with what were the previously Business Class seats.
Very comfortable with about 38" pitch and much wider. You will pay quite a lot extra for this and you don't get the business class amenities but for seating on a long flight worth considering.
