It has very good reviews........
We booked with Thomas Cook by phone to ensure we were booked into the Novotel not the Novotel Palms which is their sister hotel (not sure whether it is open yet) on the other side of the busy dual carriageway. On the Thomas Cook website there are various room choices but it is not obvious whether you are booking Novotel or Novotel Palms!
Toffee, you will probably have chosen your hotel by the time we get back but if anyone else has any questions about the Novotel do let me know and I'll endeavour to answer them on my return.
The location is great, right on the beach ,and the staff were very attentive,we stayed b&b as we prefer to try different places to eat at night.
The breakfasts were lovely, the usual cereal, yoghurts, fresh fruits, hams, cheeses, lovely fresh bread, also a chef who would cook you an egg anyway you wanted it.
You could eat on the terrace which is really nice just overlooking the beach.Nice spacious pool area, but as we were so close to the beach tended to go on there most days, very comfortable sun loungers too.
Hotel rooms nice and airy, large bed and sitting area, fab bathroom with a great power shower, and some lovely toiletries.
Free digital safe in room and mini bar if you wanted it.
Hope this helps.
Karlee
Sounds perfect ,can't wait!
