Just been for weeks holiday with cosmos,coach transfer included,got to Tenerife and asked
the HAPPY REP !! how many drops before my hotel she said "NINE",i told her to do a runner
i will get a taxi for the sake of 22 euros.
I was also told the same when they wanted to pick me up so i used the taxi again at least i got to the airport on time,please see my note on the Monarch airline site.
I also spotted a new procedure in place at this hotel,where the reps do not visit certain hotels but if you require a rep you have to ring them for a visit,i bet it does not say that in the brochures!!!
