Hi i am flying to sanford from gatwick, flight number MYT61 could you tell me what the plane will be, also what do i get different for going premium economy?
Your flights, MYT061/2 are currently operated by an Airbus A330-243. I expect that will continue for your flights. You are essentially paying for greater seat pitch in Premier Gold, ie 35" compared to 33". Seat back IFE is fitted throughout. Drinks are complimentory and you'll have a dedicated check-in desk. Baggage allowance is increased as well.

Hi, I have just booked today to go to Las Vegas with Airtours, this might be a silly question which aircraft will we be on and what type of food and drinks service will we receive, im flying from Manchester in September..
Your flight will be with Thomas Cook and operated by an Airbus A330-243. For more information, refer to the Thomas Cook thread.

The last ever My Travel Airways flights will depart on Saturday 29th March 2008. After then, all flights will be Thomas Cook. How sad, another airline resigned to the history books
i have to say i hated their plane, and much prefered their a322 which i flew in the year before.
The outbound flight to Goa was ok, i suppose. We didnt have seat back tv's, like we did last year, but i wasnt complaining.
On the way home, the sound wasnt working, so we couldnt use the headphones which we had paid for!!!!
just as well because we would have strained our necks trying to see the tv screen.
They had a few good films on, but we couldnt watch them due to sound not working, but we couldnt expect the cabin crew to move us as the plane was quite full.
Then, this is what i do not get at all, they show the films for adults first, then the last film they show is a kids film, by that time nearly everyone was alseep because it was late.
Why couldnt they show the kids film first, it makes more sense.
We are thinking of booking a holiday to Crete online with MYTRAVEL flying from Humberside on 25th July 2008. I popped in to our local ThomasCook shop also but the holiday was more expensive than online. HOWEVER, what I did discover was that the flight is via Glasgow - it comes to Humberside from Glasgow and returns via Glasgow to Humberside the following week. NOWHERE on the website is there a mention of this. Had I booked on the website and not been told of the flight until the paperwork arrived would I be able to cancel? Has anyone been on this flight - if so, what was your experience? ie length of waiting time, seating, etc. Thankyou.
I wouldn't think you could cancel because of this. although flights operating via other airports isn't common on short - mid haul flights, it's relatively common on long hauls. The stop will be about 1 hour.
