I have been to Thomson today to pay remainder of my deposit,leaving a balance to be paid in a about months time. The agent got herself in a right tizzy as I presented a voucher which had already been deducted from original cost when I booked over the phone. Being honest I pointed out her figures were not correct and she was charging me less than she should. After discussing the problem with other collegues she realised her mistake, and corrected it, or so I thought.....now the balance is even less than the first mistake. I didnt really look at the receipt until I got home. My partner says wait until balance payment is due and see what they request. I dont want my holiday to be cancelled due to not making full payment, because I am usually honest and upfront I am leaning towards contacting them with the mistake.....or should I just wait.
