Excellent reports. I couldn't help but chuckle. I thought my other half was accident prone.
Referring to Maggies; when we stayed up North (in the Goan Heritage), we used to eat a lot in there because we liked Simon and his family and loved the food.
When we were last there (about three years ago) he had put up that separate bar at the end of the road. Has he now bought the bit of land between his restaurant and the bar and built on it?
I would like to stay at the Kingstork but the other half likes to book through people such as Travel Pack/First Choice etc just in case something goes wrong. Ahh bless!
Great report Ginlizzy, had me
So sorry to hear about your OH and his illnesses.Nothing worse than being ill while thousands of miles from home.Sounds like the Kingstork is an excellent place and the staff looked after you very well.
Kingstork staff are brilliant, when Ruena[owner's wife] seen all our books[we are avid readers] she done us all a bookmark in cross stitch with Kingstork written on it, on Ginlizzy's OH's - she wrote MENACE {sorry Betty]
It was a lovely place papa.
