one other thing is We are of to Spain and France soon and we don't stock up in the North
We usually get Spirits on the French / Spanish border in the Catalonian region -- Le Perthus in France - La Jonquera in Spain -- as hese two towns are duty paid but have duty-free prices (like going to Andorra but without the 4 hour drive and you are not limited to 1 litre a person)

Sorry i wasn't more specific it was just an idea at the time... since then, we have decided to camp just outside Paris so we can go to Disney. The campsite we have found is Jablines International campsite but i can't find any reviews on it.

As for the booze/fag run, we were originally looking to go to Adinkerke but i don't know what that's like to get to from Paris and if there is anywhere local to where we are we can get them cheap!
